Our Story

lyynx was born from frustration. After years in B2B sales and customer success, we watched the same pattern repeat: a deal was heating up, the prospect asked for references, and suddenly everything ground to a halt.

The frantic Slack messages began. "Does anyone know a customer in healthcare we can connect with?" The spreadsheets were consulted—outdated as always. The same handful of advocates were contacted again and again until they stopped responding. Meanwhile, the prospect waited, momentum died, and deals slipped away.
