This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Lyynx customer reference management platform and related services (the "Services") provided by VRLY Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

• Impersonates any person, company, or entity
• Misrepresents the source, identity, or content of information
• Constitutes fake testimonials or references
• Is designed to deceive or mislead others

3.3 Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right
• Contains unauthorized use of third-party content
• Violates any confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement

3.4 Privacy Violations

• Violates any person's right to privacy
• Contains personal information shared without consent
• Discloses sensitive personal data inappropriately

3.5 Harmful or Offensive Content

• Contains hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Is harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Promotes self-harm or eating disorders

3.6 Malicious Content

• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Is designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Contains phishing attempts or social engineering attacks

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following activities:

4.1 Security Violations

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, or systems
• Circumventing security measures or access controls
• Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization
• Interfering with firewalls, authentication, or security mechanisms
• Using another user's account without permission
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons

4.2 Service Abuse

• Overloading, flooding, or crashing the Services
• Using the Services in a manner that could disable, impair, or overburden our infrastructure
• Interfering with other users' access to the Services
• Circumventing usage limits or quotas
• Using the Services for cryptocurrency mining

4.3 Data Collection and Scraping

• Using automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Services without permission
• Harvesting or collecting user data without consent
• Scraping content or information from the Services
• Building databases from data obtained from the Services

4.4 Spam and Abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk communications
• Using the Services for spamming or phishing
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
• Manipulating engagement metrics or analytics

4.5 Reverse Engineering

• Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the Services
• Attempting to derive source code or underlying algorithms
• Copying or imitating the design or functionality of the Services

4.6 Resale and Unauthorized Use

• Reselling or redistributing the Services without authorization
• Using the Services on behalf of third parties without proper licensing
• Using the Services for purposes other than customer reference management

5. Reference Content Standards

Given the nature of our Services as a customer reference platform, you specifically agree that:

• All testimonials and references must be genuine and from actual customers
• You have obtained proper consent from reference contacts before adding them to the platform
• Reference content accurately represents the customer's experience and opinion
• You will not fabricate, falsify, or materially alter testimonials
• You will promptly remove or update content upon request from reference contacts
• You will respect privacy settings and access controls for reference content

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us at:

• Description of the violation
• Location/URL of the content (if applicable)
• Your contact information
• Any supporting documentation

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Enforcement

7.1 We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP.

7.2 If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take any of the following actions:

• Issue a warning
• Remove or disable access to violating content
• Temporarily suspend account access
• Permanently terminate your account
• Report violations to law enforcement authorities
• Take legal action to protect our rights or the rights of third parties

7.3 We may take action without prior notice if we determine that immediate action is necessary to protect the Services, our users, or third parties.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all users with access to your account comply with this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
