Calculators and generators

Reference Program ROI Calculator

Estimate the wins and revenue you add by fulfilling more reference requests on time, using only your own numbers.

Advocate Burnout Calculator

Compare reference request volume with advocate capacity and see who is being asked too often.

Reference Request Email Generator

Draft an email that asks a customer to be a reference, asks an advocate to take a call, or thanks them afterward.

Reference Program Maturity Assessment

Answer 15 questions and see where your customer reference program stands across five areas, with next steps for each weak one.

Templates

Customer Reference Library Template

A spreadsheet with the columns a reference library needs, from industry and use case to privacy level and each advocate's own request limit.

Customer Reference Consent Form

A plain-language form that records what a customer has agreed to as a reference, and how they can change their mind.

Reference Call Prep Brief

Give your advocate a one-page brief before a reference call: who they will talk to, what to cover, what to avoid and how long it will take.

Run your reference program the advocate-first way.
