1. Introduction

3. Subprocessor Data Protection
All subprocessors listed above are bound by data protection agreements that include:
- Confidentiality obligations
- Data security requirements
- Restrictions on data use and further subprocessing
- Cooperation with data subject requests
- Data breach notification requirements
- Data deletion upon termination
For international data transfers, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.
4. Changes to Subprocessors
We may update our subprocessor list from time to time. In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement:
- We will update this page when adding or removing subprocessors
- Customers with a DPA in place will be notified of new subprocessors
- You may object to a new subprocessor within 14 days of notification
- If you reasonably object, we will work to address your concerns or offer alternatives
